Sydney Classic Bike Show
Races, classic bikes, a swap-meet, and sunshine.
The Brompton race was a hoot - competitors had to run to their bikes, unfold them, and then ride 4 laps of the velodrome. Considering the folding Brompton is usually used for shorter commutes, this was probably as far as some of them had ever ridden in one session. Sadly I was enjoying myself too much to remember to photograph this race, but the pennyfarthings race, the recumbent display rides and the marvellous I-don't-even-know-what-they're-called upright bikes
Dressed appropriately, natch. George Hincapie may have been a dirty drug-cheat, but he makes a lovely soft t-shirt.
